2 out of 3 washing machines took longer than shown, and then we realised that they still smelt and were soaking wet after the washer had stopped, and theres no number to contact about these issues

I am delighted about the efficiency of this laundromat. $5 buys 30 minutes in the dryer - which is fine for drying 8 kg of clothing (if HOT is selected). I appreciate the cashless payments as I can pay with my mobile phone.

Good place to wash. All machines work, plenty of driers and all washers and driers have card readers so no change is needed. The best laundromat in that general area.

Tend to love this laundromat but the drier just stole my money and wouldn’t start. Drier on the left. Had to put my things together on the right incase it malfunctions again. Would be really helpful if there was a number to call. Will await a response from the owner to remedy this.

Hi, can i get a refund or credit for 1 washload ? Just swipe my card twice due to an error message on the washer. All good now, its working. Is there a number where i can call you ? Could not find a number in the premises. Cheers

Just been there today & used new fancy front loader ($15.00) one, for washing delicate bed sheet. But honestly, I could have washed it at home for free & could have got much better results. Seriously, don't waste your money. Generally I go A1 laundry Joondalup, but as I live in balcatta & short of time today, so tried this one & repenting now.

Nice clean and tidy laundromat at the end of a set of suburban shops, just off the intersection of Wanneroo red and North beach rd. Reasonable price per machine. Each normal wash appears to run between 30 & 35 minutes.
