Helpful staff and dry cleaners superb.

Put a pair of suit pants in to get dry cleaned on the 9th of March, they told me it would be a number of weeks as they send it to Perth to be dry-cleaned which was fine. They arrived back here on the 24th of March, I did not receive any phone call at all until the 27th of April where they very rudely left me a message saying that the pants where there and if not collected by the end of the week they would be donated. Im not happy at all that they left a message like that without even letting me know they were back in store a whole month earlier.. time was no issue for the dry cleaning as we didn't need them for any events. Will not be using them again. Very very poor service!!

When does dry cleaning a shirt take a week?Dry cleaning takes 24 to 48 hours. The process takes approximately 16 to 28 minutes.But here it will take a week?No idea what they call dry cleaning, but it shouldn't take as long as they say.I got my garments sent to Perth, and they took a week with postage and dry cleaning!

Only takes coins, not too expensive and the dryers dry your clothes very fast.

Not very clean. Only 3 of the 8 dryers were working and no money refunded if machine didn't work.
